2. What data we collect

None.

Don't Let Me Forget does not collect, transmit, store or share any personal information. This has been confirmed in our App Store privacy declarations and verified by Apple.

Specifically, we do not collect:

• Your name, email address or any contact information
• Your location
• Your device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage data or analytics
• Crash reports sent to us
• The content of your reminders
• Any other personal data

3. Where your data lives

All reminder data you create is stored locally on your device and, if you have iCloud enabled, synchronised to your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit framework.

Your iCloud account is governed by Apple's privacy policy. We have no access to your iCloud data — CloudKit is designed so that only you and Apple can access your records.

We do not operate any servers that receive or store your reminder data.

4. Third parties

Don't Let Me Forget shares no data with any third party. There are no advertising networks, analytics providers, crash reporting services or data brokers involved in the operation of this app.

The only external service involved is Apple's CloudKit for iCloud sync, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Advertising

Don't Let Me Forget contains no advertisements. It never has and never will. There are no ad networks present in the app and no advertising identifiers are accessed.

6. In-App Purchases and subscriptions

The app offers an optional premium subscription (Don't Let Me Forget+) at R199.99 per year, which unlocks advance notifications and customisable backgrounds. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment card information.

When you subscribe, Apple provides us only with a non-identifiable transaction confirmation to validate your subscription status. No personal financial information is shared with us.

7. Children's privacy

Don't Let Me Forget is rated 4+ on the App Store and is suitable for all ages. Since we collect no personal data from any user, we collect no data from children either. The app fully complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent regulations.

8. Your rights

Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to provide, correct or delete on request. All your reminder data is stored locally on your device and in your own iCloud account — you can delete it at any time by deleting reminders within the app, or by removing the app from your device entirely.

If you have concerns about data held by Apple in connection with your iCloud account, please refer to Apple's privacy policy and your Apple ID settings.

9. Changes to this policy

If we ever change our data practices in a meaningful way, we will update this policy and revise the effective date at the top of this page. Since we collect no data, we do not anticipate significant changes.

10. Apple's standard terms
